3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3.4 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4.1 KYC Verification: Organizers must complete KYC verification before creating paid events.

4.2 Event Content: Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of all event information.

4.3 Event Approval: All events are subject to admin approval before being published.

4.4 Prohibited Events: Events involving illegal activities, hate speech, or discrimination are strictly prohibited.

4.5 Cancellation: Organizers must provide reasonable notice for event cancellations and issue appropriate refunds.

5.1 Platform Fee: Standard events: 5% platform fee. House Party events: 15% platform fee.

5.2 Payment Gateway Fee: Standard events: 2.5%. House Party events: 3%.

5.3 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments.

5.4 Refunds: Refund policies are determined by event organizers. Platform fees are non-refundable.

5.5 Payout: Organizers receive payouts after successful event completion, subject to our payout schedule.

6.1 Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment or registration.

6.2 QR Code Tickets: Digital tickets with QR codes are provided for event entry.

6.3 Ticket Transfer: Ticket transfers are subject to organizer approval.

6.4 Entry Requirements: Attendees must present valid QR code tickets for event entry.

7.1 Additional Compliance: House parties require additional legal compliance and liability insurance.

7.2 Higher Fees: 15% platform fee and 3% payment gateway fee apply to cover additional compliance costs.

7.3 Liability: Organizers assume full liability for guest safety and conduct.

7.4 Legal Compliance: Organizers must comply with local laws regarding noise, capacity, and safety.

7.5 Age Restrictions: Organizers may set age restrictions for house party events.

Users agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Scrape or copy content without permission

9.1 Platform Content: All content on Listeve is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9.2 User Content: Users retain rights to their content but grant us a license to use it on the Platform.

9.3 Listeve Brand: The Listeve name, logo, and branding are our exclusive property.

10.1 Platform as Marketplace: Listeve is a marketplace connecting organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for event quality or safety.

10.2 No Warranty: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10.3 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10.4 Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for third-party payment processors or services.

11.1 Contact First: Please contact our support team to resolve disputes.

11.2 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by Indian law.

11.3 Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Guwahati, Assam.
